AJ Terra Fungi was established in 2025 in the heart of Cross River State—home to a vibrant population of over 4 million—to specialize in the cultivation and sale of fresh, high-quality oyster mushrooms. With few to no existing mushroom growers in the region, we identified a unique and promising opportunity to serve an underserved market.

As demand for plant-based and vegan-friendly food continues to rise, mushrooms are gaining popularity as a nutritious, sustainable option. Traditionally available only during their natural growing season in the wild, our farm enables year-round access to this sought-after ingredient.
